DESCRIPTION

Established Practice/ Succession Opportunity for Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon – Highlands Ranch, Colorado

Position Overview

This is a unique succession opportunity created by the planned departure of a busy, established Foot & Ankle surgeon in 2027. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to step into an established market with strong existing patient demand and referral relationships-providing a foundation to build clinical and surgical volume quickly.

For a surgeon looking to hit the ground running rather than build a practice from the ground up, this position offers the combination of an established patient base, a recognized orthopedic brand, strong clinical infrastructure, and organizational support focused on physician growth.

  • Practice the full spectrum of Foot & Ankle care including elective, reconstructive, sports-related, and complex conditions

  • Organizational marketing and growth support focused on physician ramp-up, referral development, patient access, and long-term practice growth.

We welcome both experienced Foot & Ankle surgeons seeking an established platform for continued growth and exceptional graduating fellows ready to build a high-volume practice.

Qualifications
