Full job description

As a quality and configuration manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the quality and configurations of TURION's fleet of satellites and subsystems. The primary duties include owning our in-house configuration management process including ECO's part numbers, and release process. You will also be reviewing and internally auditing technical documents and procedures for build, testing, and operations. Responsibilities Responsible for planning and implementing configuration management across multiple programs. Responsible for reviewing and auditing internally generated technical documents Utilize disciplined technical management processes to establish and maintain the consistency of a product's functional, physical, and performance attributes throughout its lifecycle Ensure that reliable spacecraft and subsystems are being produced with incrementally increasing complexity Qualifications Experience with Configuration Management principles, processes, and requirements. Experience working on government or defense programs Degree in a STEM field Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications Experience with process controls and system engineering modeling diagrams e.g. SysML
