Full job description

In this role, your responsibilities will include: Develop and land the go-to-market and transition strategy for moving customers from legacy agreements and programs (e.g., Enterprise Agreement, [other legacy vehicles]) to the North Star platform. You'll partner with commerce engineering, product business planning, finance, legal, operations and field sales. Build transition frameworks and deal constructs that make it easier to move by protecting customer value, keeping commitments such as MACC intact through the transition, and managing revenue and margin impact. Use internal data and work with corporate and regional sales strategy teams to segment the customer base. You'll also assess readiness, find blockers and size the opportunity across segments and geographies. Gather insights from field sellers, partners and customers, along with competitive research, to find friction in the buying experience. Turn those insights into product, policy and process requirements for the commerce platform teams. Drive field readiness and enablement, including playbooks, guidance, office hours and escalation paths, so sellers and partners can lead transition conversations consistently around the world. Partner with regional counterparts to build business cases that change business models, go-to-market approach and deal-making to speed adoption of the North Star platform. Run quarterly cadences with cross-functional leadership to track transition progress, surface what's speeding it up or holding it back, and recommend changes. Write executive-ready narratives that drive decisions. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field AND 4+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field AND 8+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), or related field AND 6+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in commercial licensing, commerce/billing platforms, deal-making or monetization strategy. Experience leading large-scale customer or platform migrations, or complex change management across field and partner audiences. Strategic thinking and the ability to understand and connect complex business models, systems and processes. Structured, analytical problem-solving, with the ability to combine data from multiple sources into data-driven decisions. Track record of engaging cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, finance, legal, operations, field) to gain credibility and partnership quickly. Compelling storytelling, executive presence and the ability to influence at senior levels.
