Bookkeeper
Newport Beach / Costa Mesa, CA (On-Site) $67,000 - $80,000
A growing multi-entity organization is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to support accounting operations across various business, real estate, and philanthropic entities. This role will partner closely with leadership and be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and managing day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
-
Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
-
Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
-
Support month-end and year-end close processes
-
Track cash activity and assist with financial reporting

Process intercompany transactions and allocations
-
Support external CPAs, auditors, and tax professionals
-
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Requirements
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
-
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online required

Experience in multi-entity, family office, real estate, or foundation accounting is a plus

Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
