  • Identify opportunities to expand business through cross-sell, re-enrollment, and value-added solutions that address broker and customer needs.
  • Facilitate the timely resolution of service issues and complex customer concerns while providing proactive communication, advocacy, and support for broker partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related business experience in account management, customer service, or relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with brokers, customers, and internal business partners, with excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic account plans.
  • Must obtain required Life and Accident & Health State Licenses within the first 3 months of employment.
  • Ability to use approved AI tools to support routine tasks such as drafting, summarizing, organization information, and improving day-to-day efficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in employee benefits, insurance, or financial services with a strong understanding of broker and customer relationship management.
  • Proven ability to lead customer-facing presentations, stewardship meetings, and strategic account planning discussions.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
