Job Description

A medical device client of Insight Global is building a new U.S. distribution center and is looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to lead the warehouse and distribution systems deployment. This person will own end-to-end delivery of the program, including the Manhattan WMS implementation, warehouse automation, systems integration, vendor management, and business readiness. The role runs from initial planning through go-live and post-launch stabilization. It works closely with the client's business, IT, and operations teams and their third-party partners.

Skills and Requirements

  • 10+ years of project or program management experience
  • Proven, hands-on delivery of Manhattan WMS implementations
  • Experience leading warehouse, distribution, or supply chain technology programs
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and systems integration
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with warehouse automation and robotics solutions
  • Hands-on exposure to Geeks+ and Lotus warehouse technologies
  • Background in medical device, manufacturing, or other regulated environments
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or equivalent certification
