Full job description

Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code. About the role We’re looking for a Creator Campaign Manager to join the SpaceXAI creator marketing team on-site in San Francisco. Our team leads creator and talent partnerships across the SpaceX product suite, running scaled programs across platforms, social channels, and content formats. This role owns creator campaigns end to end, from strategy and sourcing through negotiation, briefing, execution, and payment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple creator campaigns simultaneously, keeping deliverables, budgets, and timelines on track.

  • Develop campaigns across platforms and content formats based on each product’s goals and audience.

  • Source and evaluate creators based on audience, content quality, brand fit, and campaign objectives.

  • Lead negotiations on rates, deliverables, usage rights, and partnership terms.

  • Manage contracting, approvals, invoicing, and creator payouts in partnership with legal, procurement, and finance.

  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling creator briefs.

  • Review content and provide actionable feedback that maintains a high creative bar.

  • Manage agency partners, holding them accountable for execution, quality, and results.

  • Build and maintain a high volume of direct creator relationships.

  • Track campaign performance and apply learnings to future partnerships.

  • Support creator events and activations as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of influencer marketing experience at a brand-facing agency or in-house on a brand’s influencer marketing team.

  • Strong command of the fundamentals: sourcing, negotiation, contracting, briefing, project management, and payments.

  • Experience executing scaled programs with a high volume of concurrent partnerships.

  • At least two years managing external partners, either overseeing agencies in-house or managing multiple brand accounts at an agency.

  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence navigating creator and talent relationships.

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

  • A high bar for creative taste and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.

  • Experience across multiple social platforms preferred, particularly Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Ideally, experience working with tech brands and translating complex products into accessible creator content.

  • Some experience supporting creator events or activations.

  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, San Francisco; in-person
