About the Role
The Sr. Global Creator Programs Manager owns the end-to-end execution of Twitch's global scaled creator activation program, a structured system that recruits, develops, and retains creators through community-driven programming and milestone-based progression. You'll build and operate the program's infrastructure, work with a distributed team of regional community leads, and drive creators toward meaningful retention milestones. Working cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing, you'll deliver against ambitious membership and retention targets, then report program performance to senior leadership.
You will report to the Sr. Manager of Global Creator Programs and you can work from Twitch’s headquarters in San Francisco, CA; or from one of our hub locations in Seattle, WA; Irvine, CA; or New York City, NY - with West Coast (PST) working hours.
You Will:
-
Own the operational strategy and execution of the scaled retention program: community infrastructure, progression systems, and cohort-based programming
-
Work closely with a team of contract-based regional community leads driving community operations, programming facilitation, and cohort support across priority markets
-
Design and run rolling cohort programs, including facilitator management and educational programming (webinar series, office hours)
-
Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans to drive program membership and creator activation
-
Own the creator verification pipeline, ensuring participants meet eligibility criteria and represent active, authentic creators
-
Define, track, and report program success metrics: membership, conversion, retention milestones, and time-to-graduation (how long a creator takes to complete the program)
-
Identify and mitigate program risks early, iterating on program design based on creator feedback and performance data
You Have:
-
6+ years in program management, community operations, or creator/influencer ecosystem roles (or equivalent experience)
-
A track record of building and scaling programs from early stage to thousands of participants
-
Experience working across distributed teams, including contractors or vendor relationships across multiple regions
-
Strong operational skills: you build systems, processes, and workflows that scale, and you partner effectively across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships
-
A data-driven mindset, with comfort using AI and automation tools to improve program efficiency without compromising creator experience
-
Excellent written and verbal communication: you write effective narratives and present program strategy to Directors and VPs
Bonus Points
-
A Twitch enthusiast: you bleed purple!
-
Experience running cohort-based programs (accelerators, bootcamps, creator programs) and creator onboarding/retention
-
Familiarity with community platform architecture (Discord, Slack), bots, and automation tools
-
Fluency with data and PM tooling (Tableau, Mode, Salesforce, Airtable); multilingual or cross-market experience a plus
Perks
-
Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance
-
401(k)
-
