Job Location: NC - Forsyth County, near Greenboro

Salary Range: $39,000 - $42,000 (Annually)

Job Summary

Community-based hybrid role. Work is primarily conducted in the community across the assigned territory of Forsyth County, including schools and partner sites, with additional time working from a home office and regularly from the Greensboro, NC, service center for collaboration, meetings, and training. Local travel is a core part of the role.

We are looking for an energetic Engagement Manager to drive our mission by recruiting and retaining girl and adult members within an assigned geographic territory. As an Engagement Manager, you are the face of Girl Scouts in your community—fostering partnerships, supporting volunteers, and ensuring every girl has the opportunity to thrive.

Job Qualifications

Experience and Education: The ideal person for the role will have experience in membership development, recruitment, community organizing, or a similar sales model. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Non-Profit Management are encouraged to apply. If you have a combination of experience and education that is directly related to this position, please apply as well.
