Product Designer

We are seeking a Product Designer to help design C3 AI applications and support our design system. You'll work alongside other designers to understand customer issues, create innovative solutions, and deliver products that allow our customers to make fast and accurate business decisions. You design with AI as a core input, use data to inform your decisions, and bring a strong sense of craft and attention to detail to every project. You welcome feedback, invest in your teammates, and have a strong understanding of design systems and how to keep them simple and consistent across multiple products. Your portfolio presentation should demonstrate a strong sense of craft and an understanding of best practices and design principles.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with design and product leadership to refine design concepts, evolve our design language, and bring new ideas to life.

• Prototype designs with AI and present them to stakeholders.

• Document design concepts.

• Collaborate with the entire design team to deliver high-quality experiences.

• Promote design insights and drive the adoption of design best practices across the organization.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of design systems and UI/UX principles; prior experience designing products and design systems is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to pixel perfection and holistic user experience; proven experience with pixel-perfect execution of designs is preferred.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, ideally as part of a cross-functional team.

• Up-to-date knowledge of accessibility best practices preferred.

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

California Base Pay Range $108,000—$124,000 USD
