The Manager, Structural Heart and Cardiac Surgery is responsible to manage all outpatient practice operations for the Structural and Congenital Heart Center, and Cardiac Surgery Department at several sites. This position will manage administrative, clerical, scheduling coordinators and medical assistant staff, assuring the office runs efficiently, delegating responsibilities, and problem solving, to support the Structural and Congenital Heart Center and Cardiothoracic surgery teams in the Heart and Vascular Hospital.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Associates Degree, or equivalent relevant experience.

7 years of experience in practice coordination in the hospital setting, or a combination of practice coordination and related healthcare experience.

3 years of supervisory experience.

Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Applications.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience with EPIC/Cadence.

Minimum rate of $83,782.40 Annually
