Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, Strategy Growth & Transformation you will:

  • Step into the role of Program Management Office Support engaged in modernization of the client's technology and business processes to ensure sustainability and operational readiness

  • Play a pivotal role in transforming the efficiency, agility, and resilience of client-owned manufacturing, maintenance, and repair operation

  • Work at the intersection of supply chain best practices, data analysis, and logistics while supporting facilities modernize both technology and business processes to ensure sustainability and operational readiness

Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.

Our Digital Foundry, Operate, & Innovation offering designs and delivers ongoing services to run our clients' customer digital businesses. Also includes the innovation and assets team, responsible for orchestrating the broader OP innovation agenda and solution/accelerator development.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Must hold an Active Secret Clearance

  • Ability to be on-site in Huntsville, AL 5 days/week

  • 4 to 8 years experience

  • Background in Supply Chain/Logistics: Deep understanding of planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution processes

  • Proficient in Data Analysis: Ability to work with enterprise data (ERP, maintenance, procurement) and translate findings into business insights

  • Strong and proven Project Management skills

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations, and public sector constraints.
