Aslan Energy is seeking a Production Cleaning Supervisor to lead field crews performing: Tank and vessel cleaning, Hydroblasting, Vacuum truck operations, Industrial maintenance services. We're looking for someone who leads by example, prioritizes safety, and has the experience to keep projects running efficiently while developing high-performing crews. What We're Looking For: 3-5+ years of production cleaning supervisory experience Strong leadership, communication, and safety mindset Hands-on experience with hydroblasting, vacuum truck operations, confined space entry, and OSHA compliance Valid driver's license (TWIC, OSHA 30, HAZWOPER, and Basic Plus certifications are a plus) If you're ready to lead a team that delivers safe, high-quality industrial cleaning services, we'd love to hear from you.
