With complete involvement from day one, you’ll be part of the team driving the growth of some of the world’s most recognized health and hygiene brands. During this immersive 10-week summer internship program, you’ll gain real-world experience supporting Reckitt’s Commercial organization across brands like Lysol, Mucinex, Airborne, Durex, KY, Neuriva, and more.

You’ll take ownership of impactful projects from the outset, working closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Customer Strategy, and Commercial Operations. From analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities to supporting customer partnerships and retail execution strategies, you’ll contribute to initiatives that directly shape business performance.

The program is built around learning through doing, giving you the opportunity to strengthen your analytical, strategic, and communication skills while collaborating with experienced commercial leaders. Each project will expose you to the fast-moving world of consumer goods and the decisions that help bring our brands to shoppers across North America.The internship program will begin on June 2nd and end on August 12th and will be located at Reckitt’s North America Headquarters in Nutley, New Jersey.

• Must be available to work in person for 40 hours a week at Reckitt's office in Nutley, NJ

US Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
