Full job description
Liberty Healthcare is hiring for an available full-time Request Processor position.
Role description
As a Request Processor, you will support people who are applying for health and human services which will enable them to achieve greater independence and wellbeing.
Job responsibilities

Application intake (electronic and hard copy)
-
Application reviewing and processing
-
Data entry
-
Having phone conversations with people who are applying for services

Answering questions and providing updates on application status

Helping people navigate the application process

Sending correspondence by email and regular mail

Gathering, organizing, and assembling electronic documents and files
-
Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
Schedule and work setting
You will work in person at Liberty Healthcare’s office at 8850 Emerald Street, Suite 164 in Boise, ID 83704
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from during daytime hours
You have the option to work either a traditional 5-day workweek with 8-hour days or a compressed 4-day workweek with 10-hour days
Pay and benefits

Starting hourly pay between $18.00 and $20.00 (depending on qualifications)

30 days off annually for holidays, vacation, personal and sick leave

Qualifications

Solid computer skills
-
Effective communication skills
-
Empathy, patience, and compassion towards people who are living with disabilities.
Experience working as an administrative assistant, front desk receptionist, medical assistant, patient services representative, or similar administrative role is highly desirable.
