Production Support Supervisor (Night Shift)

Pay: $35.00-$45.00/hour

Schedule: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

Available Rotations:

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Support Supervisor to lead night shift manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee development while overseeing a team of 15-30 production employees and team leads.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

• Supervise, coach, and develop production employees and team leads.

• Conduct performance discussions, training, and employee development activities.

• Promote accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, HR, and EHS teams.

• Monitor staffing levels and support production schedules.

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments.

• Experience leading teams of 15-30+ employees.

• Strong communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, and root cause analysis.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.

• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
