Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Superintendent - Concrete for a top concrete construction client in San Antonio, TX. This candidate will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of large-scale concrete projects, partnering closely with the operational team throughout project turnover, planning, and field execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong self-perform concrete experience, a background in commercial and industrial construction, and proven success leading teams on projects valued over $500K. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced superintendent looking to take ownership of high-impact concrete projects and drive successful field execution.
Skills and Requirements
5+ years of progressive project execution experience with a large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor Self-perform concrete experience Commercial and/or industrial construction experience In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices Experience on projects over $500K Proven ability to lead teams and drive project results Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational and communication skills Experience across a variety of project types Large-scale concrete construction experience Experience with complex commercial and industrial projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
