Full job description
Provide first-level technical support to PRC faculty, staff, and students, escalating issues to IT staff as needed.Assist with the setup, deployment, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other technology equipment.Help install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.Maintain inventory of computer equipment, peripherals, and IT supplies.Assist with user account management, password resets, and basic technology troubleshooting.Support conference room technology, audiovisual equipment, and virtual meeting setups.Document IT procedures, update technical guides, and maintain knowledge base resources.Assist with routine maintenance, equipment replacements, and office technology projects.Provide support for website updates and other technology-related administrative tasks as assigned.Perform other technology and administrative support duties to assist the PRC IT team.
