Our Kenosha plant operates 24/7, and we're looking for an HR Generalist who believes great HR happens through strong relationships and a visible presence on the plant floor. You'll work closely with employees and plant leadership across shifts while supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and engagement initiatives. What You Will Do: As our HR Generalist, you'll support the day-to-day HR needs of our manufacturing plant, with a strong focus on building relationships with employees and plant leadership. Employee Relations and Engagement Build strong working relationships with hourly employees, supervisors, and plant leadership. Maintain a regular presence on the manufacturing floor and engage with employees across shifts. Serve as a trusted HR resource for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues. Conduct employee investigations and support supervisors and plant management with disciplinary matters. Help create a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and events. Consistently administer plant policies, the Employee Handbook, and corporate policies. Recruiting and Onboarding Recruit, interview, and hire hourly manufacturing employees using the Workday Applicant Tracking System.
