  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient flow, wait times, patient satisfaction, and operational costs, and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical, regulatory, safety, and privacy standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care delivery and optimize patient experience.
  • Manage center budgets, review expenses, and contribute to financial planning and forecasting for the clinic.
  • Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and front-desk operations to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and service quality.
  • Handle escalated patient concerns and service issues, resolving them promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation for audits, quality programs, and leadership review.
  • Lead or support the implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies to improve clinic efficiency and care quality.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the center.

  • Proven experience supervising or leading a team in a clinical, healthcare, or service environment.
  • Strong understanding of outpatient clinic workflows, scheduling, and patient service best practices.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and patient privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, monitor operational metrics, and support financial goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and clinical leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
