What we are looking for:

Bilingual inSpanish and English.

PreviousEPICexperience

Ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-volume office environmentwhile maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability towork independentlyand manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Prior experience withphysician office and provider recruitment processespreferred.
Responsibilities
Responsible for greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments. Responsible for appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of one year experience in customer service.

Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred.

Current BLS certificate.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
