Medication Reconciliation Tech Essential Job Duties:

  • Interviews patients and caregivers to review prescribed medications.

  • Documents medications for Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

  • Accurately maintains required documentation.

  • Maintains a clean and organized environment.

Education, Training & Experience:

  • Certified Technician by the Indiana Board of Pharmacy.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Understanding of general math concepts and ability to work accurately with figures.

  • General knowledge of the metric system, Latin abbreviations, and medical terminology (on the job training).

  • Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
