About HG Insights
HG Insights gives B2B go-to-market teams the data to find, size and win their best markets. Our platform covers technology installs, IT spend, intent and buyer signals, delivered through the HG Platform, Sales Copilot, Market Analyzer, Data Studio, the Fabric, and our MCP server and AI agents. Through TrustRadius, we also bring the Customer Voice to buyers and vendors.
The team: Field and Customer Enablement sits in Product Marketing. We own how HG teaches its product, inside and out: training for our sellers and CSMs, and the HG Insights Academy for customers and partners. You'll join a team led by Sam Brace, alongside a Customer Education Manager and two Enablement Interns.
The role
As Field Enablement Manager, you'll run the day-to-day enablement program for everyone at HG Insights who faces customers: Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), BDRs, and Customer Success Managers. You keep the weekly GTM Enablement session, new-hire onboarding, and launch readiness running, so sellers and CSMs always know what's new, why it matters, and how to show it.
This is a hands-on role. You'll build the content, host the sessions, and run the programs, working closely with Sales and CS leaders and with Product Marketing. You report to Sam Brace, Director of Field Enablement and Customer Education.
What you'll do
-
Run the weekly GTM Enablement session. Plan, build and host it each week, then publish the recording, slides and highlights to the global GTM Slack channel.
-
Own Flockjay programs. Build and assign courses, assessments and hands-on assignments. Track completion and share leaderboards and team breakouts with Sales and CS leaders.
-
Onboard and ramp new hires. Run onboarding and ramp plans for AEs, SDRs/BDRs and CSMs, including internal certificate and badging programs on the HG Platform, Sales Copilot, Market Analyzer, Data Studio, the Fabric, MCP and AI Agents, and our Customer Voice and TrustRadius offerings.
-
Make launches field-ready. Work with Product Marketing to turn launch materials into talk tracks, demo scripts, objection handling and battlecards, so the field is trained before each release.
-
Build CSM-specific enablement. Create adoption plays, renewal and expansion conversation guides, and guidance on positioning HG Insider sessions and Academy classes with accounts.
-
Keep the content library current. Update the enablement library after each release and retire outdated assets.
-
Report on impact. Share monthly completion, certification and ramp metrics, and bring gaps to Sam and GTM leaders.
-
Support live events. Help run enablement at sales kickoff and other in-person training as needed.
-
Direct intern work on field enablement tasks.
What you bring
-
3 to 5 years in sales or customer success enablement, ideally at a B2B SaaS or data company.
-
Hands-on experience with an enablement platform such as Flockjay, Highspot, Seismic or Mindtickle.
-
Confidence presenting live to sales and CS audiences, and a track record of building content that reps actually use.
-
Comfort editing video content with production and post-production tools such as Descript or Camtasia.
-
Ability to learn a technical product quickly and explain it in business terms.
-
Clear written English and the ability to work regular hours that overlap with US business hours, since live sessions run on US time.
Nice to have
-
Experience as a quota-carrying seller or CSM.
-
Knowledge of GTM data, technographics or intent products.
-
Experience using AI tools (such as Claude) to speed up content and reporting.
-
Experience running onboarding or certification programs for a global sales team.
