Full job description

Daylight is a security services company delivering Managed Agentic Security Services (MASS), including MDR, threat hunting, security data lake, and more, through a fundamentally different architecture than traditional security services providers.

Daylight’s architecture combines an agentic platform that runs the full cycle from detection to response with security experts from IR and threat hunting backgrounds. The platform collects identity and business context across systems to investigate alerts and continuously learns your environment. Security experts validate decisions, feed insights into the platform, optimize detections, and take over in case of an incident.

The result: security teams move from firefighting to strategic work.

About the role:

We’re adding sellers, products, and a region at once, and are looking for our first dedicated Sales Enablement Manager to turn enablement into a system. You’ll own it end to end, from strategy and programs to content and measurement, so every seller ramps fast, tells one story, and wins more of the deals they qualify.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You’ll support sellers and sales leaders in the US and EMEA, work closely with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and the SE team, and travel for SKOs, onboarding cohorts, and EMEA. If you can learn a technical product quickly, build the deck, run the session, and coach the call yourself, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit existing content, onboarding, and call recordings, and set the enablement plan against revenue targets, ramp goals, and the product roadmap.

  • Run onboarding for AEs, SDRs, and SEs, with clear milestones and certifications, adapt it for EMEA, and use data to assess whether new hires will succeed.

  • Run product enablement with Product and SEs for every launch, and certify reps by product area.

  • Teach sellers to explain AI-native MDR to CISOs, including architecture, pricing, and licensing.

  • Embed MEDDPICC, stage exit criteria, and the POV playbook into daily work, and use call recordings to coach and share what top reps do.

  • Evaluate build vs. buy across sales tech, and execute on both.

  • Lead the sales rollout of new messaging, including pitch certification.

  • Build and maintain competitive battlecards for incumbent MDR and AI SOC vendors.

  • Create one home for sales content, with owners, versions, and usage tracking.

  • Define enablement KPIs with RevOps, report on them quarterly, and run SKOs and quarterly enablement events.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in B2B sales or sales enablement, including 4+ years in sales enablement.

  • Experience selling or enabling a technical cybersecurity product such as MDR, SOC, SIEM, XDR, or detection and response.

  • Experience building enablement from scratch at a Series A to C startup, ideally while the sales team doubled or more.

  • Designed and ran onboarding that measurably shortened ramp time.

  • Rolled out a sales methodology (MEDDPICC or similar) and made it stick in the CRM and deal reviews.

  • Ability to learn a technical product quickly and teach sellers to explain it in a CISO’s language.

  • A hands-on doer who builds content and runs training yourself, using Salesforce and call recording data to decide what to fix.

  • Bonus: former quota-carrying AE or SE in security; experience with displacement sales, EMEA, or channel partners; hands-on with Salesforce, Gong or Grain, Outreach, and Notion; using AI tools to scale content and coaching.
