  • Develop/implement the firm's long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals.

  • Ensure the firm's financial health, including managing cash flow, investments, and profitability.

  • Monitor and improve internal systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Lead the firm's management team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.

  • Represent the firm to clients, investors, and the public.

  • Oversee marketing, client acquisition, and business development efforts to expand the client base.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a CEO for a law firm is a must and required

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a firm, particularly in a professional service environment.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and business development initiatives.

  • Understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and performance metrics.

  • Effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, partners, and staff.

  • Identify and resolve complex issues, make sound judgments, and lead the firm through challenges.
