Machine Operators and Assistants Needed
All Shifts are Available
We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators and Assistants to join a dynamic team in the Oshkosh, WI Area. You will be an integral part of the Manufacturing / Production Operations department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
**Training is provided!!
Job Title: Machine Operators and Assistants
Location: Oshkosh, WI
Pay Range: $20.00 + (based on experience
Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts are available (No Rotating)
What's the Job?

Operate and monitor machinery according to established procedures and work instructions.

Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers to ensure smooth production flow.

Load raw materials and unload finished products from production equipment efficiently.

Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met consistently.

Identify and report equipment malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns promptly.
What's Needed?

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.

Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing or production environment.

Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
