The Warehouse Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient movement, storage, and control of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other inventory. This position serves as a key point of coordination between Warehouse, Production, Planning, Quality, Purchasing, and Transportation. The Warehouse Production Coordinator helps ensure inventory accuracy, timely material movement, proper warehouse organization, accurate system transactions, and compliance with company safety and food-safety requirements.

Employment Types: Full Time, Temporary or Contract.

Pay Rate: $21.42 / hour

Duties:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Working knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and inventory management principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting tools.

  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and customer service teams.

  • Attention to detail with strong data accuracy skills.

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience.

  • Familiarity with inventory control and warehousing concepts.

  • Ability to work occasional extended hours to support business needs.

  • This position is on site Mon-Fri.

  • Evening and weekend work may be required on an as needed basis.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.42 - $21.42 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
