Description
The Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations, reports to the Senior Manager, Treasury Operations, and supports the execution, monitoring, and reporting of treasury activities under the manager’s direction. The role assists with daily cash operations, month-end and quarter-end close activities, journal entries, cash and liquidity reporting, and quarterly reporting. The successful candidate will build a strong understanding of the business and its treasury processes, prepare accurate analyses and recommendations for review by the Senior Manager, and support the delivery of treasury information to senior management.
Key responsibilities include:

Support the daily cash operations, including cash positioning, cash reporting and forecasting, short-term investments, wire payments, fraud prevention, bank account administration, merchant card processing, and banking relationships.

Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and manage cash and liquidity.

Support the preparation of short-term liquidity forecasts and analyses to senior management.

Support processes and procedures associated with month-end and quarter-end close activities.

Evaluate products, services, technologies, and systems that support best-in-class treasury operations.

Evaluate and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures, and support internal and external audits.

Support treasury system upgrades and implementations, and liaise with Treasury, IT, external vendors, and consultants.

Generate and publish foreign exchange rates and verify that they are accurately uploaded into SAP.

Prepare month-end and quarter-end reconciliations and reports, investigate discrepancies.

Analyze bank fees to confirm that charges are accurate and appropriately allocated among relationship banking partners.

Administer user access within Bank Portals and the Treasury Workstation, ensuring that access rights are appropriate and properly controlled.

Manage Treasury invoice processing and ensure the timely payment of vendor and supplier invoices.

Ensure that all wire transfers and cash management activities are completed accurately and on time.

Analyze cash balances to optimize investments while preventing account overdrafts.

Prepare and present weekly cash analysis reports to senior management.

Ensure adherence to all controls and maintain an efficient banking and cash management structure.

Manage ongoing ad hoc treasury projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, or a related discipline, preferably within a multinational organization. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment, and experience supporting process improvement and automation initiatives. The candidate should be comfortable working under the direction of the Senior Manager, collaborating across functions, and escalating issues when appropriate. Additional qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and research skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities.
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $73,350.00 to $112,500.00 . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
