  • AI & Workflow Automation: Partner with tech teams to implement AI agents, agentic workflows, and automated data pipelines to streamline budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reconciliations

  • FP&A Modernization: Leverage AI tools to move away from manual data extraction and report formatting to focus on real-time driver-based forecasting, KPI metrics, and strategic advisory

  • Technology & ROI Business Analysis: Build financial models and evaluate business usage for enterprise software, AI licensing, and modernization initiatives. Support the annual planning and budgeting process, including data gathering, analysis, and coordination across departments

  • Business Partnering: Serve as a financial partner to Enterprise Platform & Technology (EPT) and Fintech organizations to support all forecasting and performance reporting activities

  • Executive Presentations: Create presentations that distill complex financial data into clear, concise charts and tables for senior leadership

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, ideally with experience in FP&A at a public company

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve processes and build scalable solutions

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards of quality, accuracy, and fidelity

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Confidence working with all levels of management

Bonus Points

  • Experience leveraging top-tier agentic AI tools (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Anthropic Claude Code, Google Antigravity) to automate and enhance workflows

  • Experience with Corp FP&A functions, and know-how for leveraging finance applications (TM1, OFA, Hyperion, etc.) in analysis

  • Experience in leading continuous improvement projects with measurable results

  • Experience with coding languages (Python/SQL)

Perks

  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance

  • 401(k)
