Location: Greenfield, WI
Facility Name: Greenfield Clinic
Schedule: Full-time
Sign-On Package (including bonus, relocation, and student loan forgiveness): Up to $130,000
Productivity incentives: RVU/Quality
$4,000 CME Allowance
Malpractice coverage with tail
This job location is currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.
How you’ll make an impact in this role
-
Join an established team of 2 Internal Medicine physicians, 4 Family Medicine physicians, 1 Internal Medicine APC, and 1 Family Medicine APC

Each clinician is paired 1:1 with a Medical Assistant, supported by 5 front-desk receptionists and a shared RN.

Patient population ranges from newborns to the elderly, covering all ages.

The clinic offers a full-service LabCorp-managed lab and a full-service radiology department managed by Premier Radiology.

A key advantage is its attachment to a microhospital, providing patients convenient access to primary care and emergency services in one location.

Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community.

Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.

Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system.

Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.

Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
-
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
-
Advanced Life Support preferred.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
