Day-to-day responsibilities include developing tactical and operational plans, managing project finances and commercial agreements, and driving quality and safety programs on site. The role requires proactive risk and opportunity management, close collaboration with preconstruction and design teams, and constant monitoring of subcontractor performance to meet schedule and quality expectations. Strong communication and influence are essential, as the Senior PM negotiates contracts, resolves complex cross-functional problems, and maintains client relationships to support current projects and future business development.

  • 6+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.

  • 6+ years managing and developing succesful teams.

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience
