Job Description

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and daily operations of the Purchasing, and possibly the Laundry, and Environmental Services departments at Central Montana Medical Center.

This position ensures the efficient procurement of supplies and equipment, maintains quality, safety, infection control, and environmental standards, and oversees inventory management, budgeting, contract services, and departmental performance. The manager provides supervision, training, scheduling, and professional development for staff, promotes effective communication across departments, negotiates vendor agreements, supports organizational standardization initiatives, and ensures the availability of necessary resources while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

This role serves as a key liaison between departments, vendors, and external customers while fostering a culture aligned with CMMC's Mission, Vision, and Values.
