  • Full-time, Monday through Friday

  • Daylight hours only

  • Shifts may vary between:

  • 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

  • 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • No evenings, weekends, or holidays

  • Answer and manage the nurse triage phone line.

  • Assist with clinical pool messages, patient results, and provider communications.

  • Process prescription refill requests accurately and efficiently.

  • Room patients and obtain appropriate clinical information for appointments.

  • Assist physicians during office-based procedures.

  • Perform nurse schedule procedures such as catheter changes, injections, and other clinical treatments. Training provided.

  • Document patient information accurately within the electronic medical record.

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and promote a positive patient experience.

  • Graduate of an approved LPN school of nursing.

  • One year clinical experience preferred.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Act 34

*Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
