Overview

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Libertyville, IL

Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: 78,000-$87,000 annually, based on years of experience

Incentives: $10,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time BCBA for our Libertyville, IL location. We are a multidisciplinary outpatient center providing ABA services along with PT,OT and SLP. We are seeking a BCBA to join our team to provide ethical, quality ABA care for our pediatric patients. RUSH Kids offer opportunities for growth and mentorship within the field of ABA. Our BCBAs design and oversee programs for children with autism served by RUSH Kids. In this position, the BCBA will supervise Behavior Technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and other therapists, among other responsibilities. We are looking for a professional, compassionate candidate with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.

Masters Degree in ABA and board certification required.

Responsibilities

Set a High Standard of Care:

  • Complete and maintain required trainings and maintain compliance with government regulations

  • Maintain ongoing documentation with clearly stated goals, progress and medical necessity

  • Review and adhere to policies & procedures manual

Personalized Treatment:

  • Create behavior intervention plans based off functional behavioral assessments and define and track behavior in observable and measurable terms

  • Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications

  • Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
