Job Description
Interactive Government Holdings(IGH)is seeking qualified, trained and capable individuals to serve Registered Dietitians in the Army Reserve Holistic Health and Fitness Performance Team. The Registered Dietitian will provide evidence-based nutrition services in support of U.S. Army Reserve personnel. The contractor will assess nutrition needs, deliver individual and group education, support health-readiness initiatives, and coordinate with authorized military and civilian stakeholders. Services must be provided in accordance with the performance work statement, applicable professional standards, installation procedures, and federal privacy and security requirements.
Position Requirements
Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive):
Maintain expert knowledge of current Army standards, doctrine, and regulations related to H2F, including but not limited to FM 7-22, the Army Fitness Test (AFT), Combat Fitness Test (CFT), AR 600-9 (The Army Body Composition Program), and AR 350-1 (Army Training and Leader Development).
Collaborate as a cohesive, interdisciplinary team to provide holistic and integrated H2F support, ensuring that all domain programming is synchronized.
Actively participate in required meetings, planning sessions, and working groups with Government personnel to synchronize HPT efforts with the unit Yearly Training Calendar (YTC).
Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with unit leadership, the COR, and other stakeholders.
Collect and provide accurate data for all required reports and deliverables, ensuring timely submission.
Maintain all professional credentials, licensures, and certifications required for the position at no cost to the Government and in accordance with the Defense Health Agency Policy Manual (DHAPM) 6025.13, Clinical Quality Management in the Military Health System (MHS), volume 4 Credentialing and Privileging.
Complete all mandatory Government training (e.g., Antiterrorism Level 1, OPSEC, Cybersecurity Awareness, HIPAA, Combatting Trafficking in Persons) within the specified timeframes.
Adhere to all applicable DOD, DHA and Army instructions, policy manuals, regulations, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the highest professional ethical standards.
Perform pre-approved travel to support unit training events, workshops, and other H2F functions. Contractor personnel shall submit pre-approval requests, including estimated costs and itineraries, for all travel supporting the "39-Day" model to the COR at least ten (10) business days in advance. Provide trip reports or After-Action Reviews (AARs) upon return.
Conduct recurring knowledge transfer and train Government-designated personnel to maintain and use contractor-developed strategies, curricula, and resource materials. Maintain current editable native source files, supporting documentation, and version histories in the Government-designated repository.
Program Development & Education:Lead the development, adaptation, and implementation of command-specific Performance Nutrition Program (PNP) policies and educational curricula. Develop and provide practical, evidence-based PNP resources (e.g., fact sheets, fueling strategies for field training, meal planning guides, Go For Green® materials) for Soldiers and leaders to utilize during Battle Assemblies (BA) or Multiple Unit Training Assemblies (MUTA) and for sustainment during the "Other 28 Days."
Coaching & Support:Conduct individual and group performance nutrition education and coaching. Provide dedicated nutrition education and support to Soldiers enrolled in the Army Body Composition Program (ABCP), focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes for healthy weight management and improved body composition.
Integration & Mentorship: Collaborate with the HPT to integrate nutritional strategies that support physical performance, injury recovery, cognitive function, and sleep optimization. Provide mentorship, advanced training, and ongoing support to unit H2F-Integration Teams (HIT) on the delivery of foundational PNP education.
Qualifications:

Education:Completion of at least a bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university, and completion of a didactic program in dietetics approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education (CADE) of the American Dietetic Association (ADA). Successful completion of a CADE-approved supervised practice program (dietetic internship with generalist or military emphasis or coordinated program in dietetics with generalist emphasis).

License:Contract workers requiring licensure shall have and maintain a current, valid, unrestricted license specific to the position (with no limitations, stipulations or pending adverse actions) in one of the 50 US States and/or territories. The healthcare provider’s license(s) must remain current, valid, and unrestricted throughout the duration of the contract worker performance on the contract. The DHA PM 6025.13, vol 4, is the governing directive for all licensure, registration, and certification. Contract workers under a non-personal services arrangement requiring licensure are not afforded licensure portability and shall maintain a license in the U.S. State/Territory they are providing services per 10 USC 1094 and the DHAPM 6025-13, Volume 4. This includes virtual services as well.
