Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support Manhattan Active warehouse management initiatives across its distribution network. This individual will work closely with Operations and IT teams to gather requirements, support solution design, configure functionality, and assist with projects from initial requirements through implementation and stabilization.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Manhattan Active WMS and a solid understanding of warehouse, distribution, and supply chain operations. This person should understand how operational requirements translate into system functionality and be comfortable making recommendations and supporting decisions throughout the design process.
This role will also support complex projects involving existing legacy systems, shipping processes, compliance requirements, labeling, and other applications connected to the warehouse management environment.
Skills and Requirements
- Hands-on Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) experience, including configuration and Billing Manager
- Strong Business Analyst background within warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain
- Experience owning projects from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and stabilization
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and translating business requirements into WMS functionality
- Experience with Sendflex or similar parcel/shipping platforms, including shipping documentation, labeling, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
