Full job description

Introduction

Help shape how IBM teaches and adopts AI at scale. You'll get hands-on with emergent AI practices and building blocks — things like writing SKILL.md files, authoring agent skills, and other conventions the field is still inventing — across tools like Copilot, Rovo, Slackbot, and Box AI. You'll bring a fresh perspective on what concepts and skills we should be teaching employees as this space evolves.

Your role and responsibilities

Experiment with emergent AI-building practices (e.g., authoring SKILL.md files, agent skill design, prompt/skill packaging conventions) across platforms like Copilot, Rovo, Slackbot, and Box AI

Help design and test "Recipes" and learning concepts for the Toolbox (Digital Workplace) AI Cookbook based on hands-on findings

Support pilots of new AI practices and document findings and readiness gaps

Help deliver enablement sessions and Office Hours, including prep materials and follow-up content

Analyze adoption data and summarize results for team and leadership reviews

Draft user-facing content and triage questions in Toolbox (Digital Workplace) AI community channels

Required technical and professional expertise

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, HCI, or related technical field

Ability to learn new, still-evolving concepts quickly and explain them to non-technical users

Strong written communication and basic data analysis skills (e.g., Excel or SQL-level)

Preferred technical and professional experience

Hands-on curiosity with generative AI — prompt design, agent skills, or similar emergent conventions

Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Slack, Box, Jira, etc.)

Comfort picking up new, still-evolving technical standards quickly
