- Experienced acute care RNs with backgrounds in Med-Surg, Emergency Department, IMC, Progressive Care, or similar settings
- Confident decision-makers who thrive in autonomous environments
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care
- Adaptable, tech-savvy, and eager to learn a
- Active Compact State RN License
- Willing to obtain a DC RN License upon hire
- Have a clean driving record and excellent professional references
