Executive Home Care of North County is growing our care team, and we’re looking for reliable, compassionate Caregivers who truly enjoy helping others and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
📍 Service Area: Carlsbad 💰 Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour ⏰ Shifts: 4–12 hours 📅 Flexible Scheduling Available

❤️ WE’RE LOOKING FOR CAREGIVERS WHO ARE:
- Caring, patient, and respectful
- Dependable and committed to providing quality care
- Strong and reliable communicators
- Comfortable working independently
- Passionate about helping seniors stay safe and comfortable at home
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
