Your Role:

• Encourage social and communication skills in children ages 3–17.

• Support developmental milestones through play and structured activities.

• Create safe, engaging environments for learning and exploration.

• Provide consistent care that promotes independence and confidence.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting children with special needs. • Any experience will be considered, professional experience such as ABA therapists, special education, behavior technicians, DSPs, and more are encouraged to apply

• Availability Weekday Afternoons and Evenings and/or Weekends.

• Strong communication skills and compassionate approach.

• Reliable transportation

• Minimum age: 18; High school diploma or GED required.

Pay Range: $22–$25 per hour
