Job Title: Production Supervisor
Pay Rates: $70,000 to $85,000
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team on the night shift. This role is crucial in overseeing the efficient operation of production machinery and ensuring product quality.
Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of machine operators and production workers.

Ensure the smooth operation of machines and equipment, including slitter and forklift operations.

Conduct inspections and ensure that all machinery is operating safely and efficiently.

Interpret and apply blueprints to maintain production standards.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Skills
-
Proven experience in machine operation and as a slitter operator.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.

Experience in using and operating forklifts.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Previous supervisory experience in a production environment.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
