Salesforce Developer - INTL - India

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Seeking a Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA. This role will be responsible for building custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs while configuring and enhancing Certinia PSA functionality across projects, resource management, billing, time tracking, and related business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, managing CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and Git, and supporting data migration, automation, and large-scale multi-org environments. Success in this position requires strong collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams within Agile/SAFe methodologies, along with expertise in troubleshooting, code reviews, performance optimization, and production support.

Skills and Requirements

-5+ years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. -Hands-on experience with Certinia(FinancialForce) PSA, Salesforce CPQ, and professional services business processes. -Around 2-3 years of hands on experience with Salesforce PSA -Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and managed packages. -Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and third-party applications. -Proficiency with source control and DevOps tools including Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments. -Experience with Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies, user story development, estimation, and sprint execution.
