Caring Hub Specialist
San Antonio, Texas
Monday–Friday
Must work in office 1 day per week

We're looking for a caring, organized, and professional Caring Hub Specialist to connect families and job applicants with the support they need.
What You'll Do

Answer incoming calls.

Respond to calls, texts, and emails.

Schedule client consultations and interviews.

Enter and update information accurately.

Follow up with clients and applicants.

Communicate with branch staff.

Support reports and daily team goals.
What You Bring

Excellent customer service and phone skills.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Caring, empathetic, and professional approach.

Basic medical terminology is a plus.
Requirements

18 years or older.

Read, write, and speak English.

Reliable transportation.

Accurate typing and data entry.

Professional, positive, and dependable.
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Hours may vary.
Must be able to work in the office at least 1 day per week.
