🌙 Entry-Level Production Associate
📍 Greenfield, IN
Looking for a stable career with a growing manufacturer? We're hiring Entry-Level Production Associates to help build automotive components in a clean, climate-controlled facility. No manufacturing experience required. Paid training provided!
💲 Pay: $22.03/hour
📅 Available Shifts

🌤 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
-
🌙 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
-
Monday-Friday with occasional weekend overtime
🔧 What You'll Do

Assemble and inspect automotive components
-
Load and unload parts on production lines

Package finished products
-
Follow work instructions and safety guidelines

Keep your work area clean and organized
What We're Looking For

Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, or other fast-paced environments is a plus

Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.05 - $22.05/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
