Responsibilities

  • Architect, implement, and ship end-to-end experimental software prototypes—from backend models and infrastructure to client interfaces—moving from whiteboard to live prototype in days, not quarters.

  • Own project direction in uncharted problem spaces with minimal supervision, translating open-ended research ideas and product hypotheses into crisp technical requirements and roadmaps.

  • Run high-velocity user-facing experiments; objectively evaluate product signal, ruthlessly unblock bottlenecks, and seamlessly pivot technical direction or adopt entirely new tech stacks as projects evolve or wind down.

  • Work directly in tight, high-trust pods alongside Research Scientists, Product Managers, and UX Designers to co-design novel user interactions and push the boundaries of frontier AI.

  • Balance rapid speed to market with foundational code quality, ensuring prototypes are built reliably enough to gather signal while knowing when to build lightweight vs. enterprise-hardened solutions.
