Position Title: Formulation Technician

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm.

Pay rate: $23-25 per hour.

Overview

Join our team and make an impact in life sciences production! As a Formulation Technician, you'll be instrumental in crafting and testing columns and related consumables. You'll contribute to various tasks, from assembly and testing to recordkeeping and maintaining a clean laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting column production lab work, including testing and HPLC column packing.

• Performing computer data entry and assisting with solvent disposal and restocking.

• Assisting in instrument and equipment maintenance, as well as supply ordering.

• Documenting detailed records and following SOPs and safety guidelines.

• Continuing personal growth through training and skill development.

• Promoting teamwork and adhering to quality procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science discipline, prior manufacturing or lab experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a process and data-driven approach.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn chromatography software.

• Familiarity with Good Laboratory and Manufacturing Practices.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing assignments.

• Excellent communication, mathematical, and organizational skills.

• Capacity to learn and apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended shifts.

• Dedication to meeting deadlines and targets while upholding our client’s values.
