We are looking for the Leraning Content Editor.

Help turn lesson content into learning that works. We are looking for a Learning Content Editor who can recognise what makes a lesson clear, engaging and effective, whether it was created by a person, AI or a combination of both. You will review lesson drafts and completed lessons, looking beyond correct language to the overall quality of the learning experience. You will work closely with content creators, project managers and proofreaders to make sure lessons achieve their intended outcomes.

What you will do

  • Check that activities teach, practise and assess the intended learning outcomes.

  • Assess logical flow, scaffolding, pacing and suitability for learners’ ages and levels.

  • Spot opportunities to make lessons more engaging and give learners more meaningful practice.

  • Review slides, instructions, teacher notes and interactions for clarity and intuitive use.

  • Identify English that sounds unnatural, awkward or overly formulaic, even when it is grammatically correct.

  • Provide specific suggested changes, explain why they matter and check the creator’s revisions.

  • Use AI and automation thoughtfully to support efficient, consistent editorial review.

You will recommend improvements, including sample wording or alternative activities where useful; creators implement all changes. The role focuses on educational editorial review, with detailed proofreading handled by proofreaders.

What you will bring

  • Experience reviewing or developing educational content and a strong understanding of how learners build skills.

  • Native-level English, with an excellent ear for natural phrasing, dialogue and age-appropriate language.

  • The ability to explain editorial decisions clearly and give constructive, practical feedback.

  • A collaborative approach, sound judgement and reliable organisation.

  • An open, critical approach to AI and an interest in useful automation.

Experience with English language learning materials and interactive digital lessons would be an advantage.

Qualifications and experience

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree, such as Education, English or Linguistics.

  • At least three years’ experience editing or developing educational content.

  • Native-level English and a sound understanding of what makes lessons effective and engaging.

  • Clear, constructive communication and confidence using AI tools.

  • Experience with English language learning materials would be an advantage.

We Offer
