Full job description
POSITION AVAILABLE
Full-time Special Education RISE long-term substitute teaching position anticipated through November 30, 2026. Robbinsdale Cooper High School $225.81 to $266.01, and potential benefits depending on total number of days. Applicants must hold an appropriate MN teaching licensure.
Program Description The RISE program provides a structured educational environment for students who need a functional curriculum and are identified for placement based on their individual needs in the area of Developmental Cognitive Disability and/or other disabilities determined by the school team. RISE students often require a smaller, structured, predictable setting with a high staff-to-student ratio. RISE students will primarily receive instruction in the center based classroom, and have opportunities to generalize their learned skills in the mainstream classroom as well as community environments.
