Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Weekend WarriorRate: $29 to $32.60/hour (depending on experience) Sign on Bonus: Up to $2,500Shift: Part-TimeSchedule: Friday and Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (12.5-hour shifts)Work two consecutive 12.5 hour weekend shifts and get paid an additional 6 hours!!
Susquehanna Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking to add a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to its nursing team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and help ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide nursing care in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and facility policies
-
Administer medications, treatments, enteral feedings, and IV therapies within the LPN scope of practice
-
Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to providers, supervisors, and responsible parties
-
Accurately document care, treatments, observations, and medication administration
-
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to ensure quality resident care
-
Maintain up-to-date resident care information and communicate pertinent information during shift changes
-
Follow infection control, safety, resident rights, and confidentiality standards
-
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement initiatives
-
Assist with admissions, transfers, and other nursing responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred

Valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required
-
Current CPR Certification required
-
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or with the geriatric population preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
-
Knowledge of medication administration, infection control, and resident care practices

Ability to supervise nursing assistants and work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
