  • Opportunity to mentor and support caregivers

  • Paid training and professional development

  • Employee Referral Bonus opportunities

  • Meaningful work without a traditional hospital environment

  • Established home care agency serving the community for 7+ years

What You'll Do

  • Conduct initial client assessments and reassessments

  • Develop, review, and update individualized service/care plans

  • Perform required supervisory visits in clients' homes

  • Assess client condition, safety, needs, and satisfaction with services

  • Provide caregiver coaching, education, and clinical guidance

  • Assist with caregiver competency evaluations when appropriate

  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

  • Identify and communicate changes in client condition or care needs

  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff

  • Provide nursing consultation for medically frail or compromised clients when appropriate

  • Help resolve client or caregiver concerns

  • Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation

  • Help ensure compliance with Georgia home care regulations and agency standards

What We're Looking For

  • Current, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Nursing experience; home care, home health, senior care, or private-duty experience preferred

  • Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Compassionate, professional, dependable, and organized

  • Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

  • Ability to coach and support CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers

  • Strong time-management and problem-solving skills

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes

  • Valid driver's license and required automobile insurance

  • Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
